He was predeceased by: his father Lynn "Brent" Hendrickson; and his children, Eden and Lynn Hendrickson. He is survived by: his mother Janis Ball; his wife Diane Hendrickson (Andrus); his children, Oliver Hendrickson of Oklahoma, Gwyneth Hendrickson of Oklahoma, Evelyn Hendrickson of Missouri and Eleanor Hendrickson of Missouri; his sisters, Charity Hendrickson of Joplin, MO and Rachel Harris of Monett, MO; and his half-brother Paul Hendrickson.
