He is survived by: his son Henry Walton Silvey; his sisters, Nancy Wilson (Al) and Mary Sue Case (Max); his nephews, John Case and Paul Case (Anita); his great-nephews, Scott Case, Dakota Case and Zane Case; his great-niece Aubrey Case; and also Layne Case.
