He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lewis; his sons, Charles Lewis, Jr. (Donna) of Waco, Michael Lewis (Katrina) of Anderson and Mark Lewis of Joplin, Missouri; his sister Marci Cartwright of Goodman, Missouri; and his grandsons, Robert, Dustin, Sean, Hunter, Dakota and Bryan.
