It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Richard of Webb City, Missouri, born in Erie, Kansas, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Richard and Ethel Richard; his wife Norma Lee Bevington; his grandson Matthew Richard; and his siblings, Victoria, Phyllis, Ethel Mae, Arthur and Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Richard (Patty) of Joplin, Sandy Roderique (Chuck) of Buckeye, Dave Richard (Libby) of Webb City, Randy Richard of Fort Smith and Barry Richard (Terrie) of Webb City; and his sisters, Mary Bell Tallman of Scottsdale and Colleen Belt of Topeka, Kansas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to "Carl Richard Scholarship Youth Bowling Program" in care of the mortuary.
