He is survived by: his wife Mary VanSlyke (Clugston); his friend Jay Ellis; his close friend Mike Boone; his pet Rusty; his son Todd VanSlyke; his stepchildren, Sheri LaForge (Scott) and Craig Zwahlen (Sara); his grandchildren, Michael VanSlyke (Hailey), Molly Doke (Harold), Faith LaForge, Gracie LaForge, Finley LaForge and Olivia Zwahlen; and his great grandchildren, Drake Doke and Sawyer Doke. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
