He is survived by: his wife Janice Perrine; his children, John Perrine of Waynesville, MO and Christina Fortune of St. Robert, MO; his siblings, Roy Perrine (Kim) of Waynesville, MO and Cora Shetler of Waynesville, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Peggy Humphrey (Gary) of Richland, MO, Sharon Hillard (Keith) of Paris, MO, Sandy Willoughby of Waynesville, MO, Jackie Driskell (Ronnie) of Fort Worth, TX and Georgia Schriner of Fort Worth, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
