It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Fields of Wayland, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Elmer and Martha Rosemary Hoener (Dyer); her husband Curtis Wayne Fields; her daughter Debbie Hicks; and her granddaughter Heather Fields.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Fields (Rhonda) of Quincy, Doug Fields of Quincy, Ethan Evans of Wayland, Scott Evans (Traci) of Chicago, IL, Babette Roll (Kenny) of East Peoria, IL, Sabrina Smeltser (Doug) of Wayland and Teresa DeBlanc (Howard Hill) of Wayland. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Cindy's name were made to the family with checks payable to Babette Roll and could be sent to the Wilson and Triplett Funeral Home.
