He is survived by : his wife Shirley of Waverly, MO; his children, Jeff Phillips (Kim) of Flemington, MO, Steve Phillips (Rhonda Bandy) of Grain Valley, MO and Janet Lowe (Jeff) of Grain Valley, MO; his grandchildren, Jennifer Warren (Anthony) of Belton, MO, Jaimie Boltz (Joseph) of Flemington, Jeffrey Wayne Phillips Jr. (Regina Burk), Stevie Phillips of Harrisonville, MO, Katy Sarnowsky (Caleb) of Flemington, MO, Paige Woerner of Garden City, MO, Josh Lowe (Katy) of Pittsburg, KS, Jake Lowe of Broomfield, CO, Jason Phillips of Crane, MO, Jackie Lowe of Grain Valley, MO, Stephanie Lopez (Reuben) of Fayetteville, NC, Tristen Phillips (Tia) of Clinton, MO and Harley Phillips of Waverly, MO; and his sister Gail Franklin (Cary) of Bates City, MO. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
