She was predeceased by: her parents, James Steven Skaggs and Bernice Kroeneke Skaggs; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Frazier; and her husbands, Eldon Frazier and John Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Frazier of Waverly, Joe Frazier (Connie) of Waverly and Diana Dieckhoff (Dennis) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Toby Frazier (Devin), Joe Frazier Jr., Natalie Narron (Joey), Jaime Frazier and Jessica Frazier; and her sister Margaret Martin of Concordia, MO. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
