He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee and Dorothy Mildred Phillips (Raw). He is survived by: his wife Emily Mavis Todd; his children, Shelley Pritchett (Bill) of Nevada, Mindy Jeffries of Maize, Dan Dowell of Springfield and Michael Dowell (Brenda) of Chillicothe, Illinois; his siblings, Kathy Abshire (Frank) of Waverly, Patty Staples (Jerry) of Frontenac, Kansas and Ronnie Phillips (Rhea) of Fayette, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Pritchett, Jacob Pearce, Lindsay Jeffries, Lynn Dowell, Jakub Dowell, Ashtyn Lorenz, Reaghn Dowell, Joshua Dowell and Austin Dowell. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
