She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Proulx and Constance Proulx (Dozois); and her grandparents, Louis, Donalda Dozois, Wilfrid and Florence Proulx (Lapointe).
She is survived by: her husband Chad; her siblings-in-law, Scott Hamblen (Stacey) of Dover, Missouri and Tara Fain (Jason) of Hodge, Missouri; and her nieces, Kylie and Lilly Fain of Hodge, Missouri. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
