She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Cook and Audra Cook (Kastning); her siblings, James, Ray Cook and Cathy Plaster; and her grandsons, Marty Welch and Cody Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Edwina (Harold Welch), Ronda (Mike McCarty), Sheila (Steve Thomas) and Shanda (Ron Allen); her husband E. J.; and her children-in-law, Carol, Larry Pendergrass, Geneva Davenport, Judy and Ron Hladun. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren; three sisters.
