He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lewis of Washington; his children, Beth Diermann (Dale) of Marthasville, Sarah Blackwell (Jason) of Lonedell and Willie O. Lewis III of Marthasville; and his siblings, John Lewis of Maryland State, Mike Lewis (Jackie) of Caruthersville, MO, Bill Queen (Jenny) of Illinois State, Jackie Nicolas (Steve) of Catawissa and Mary Wood of St. Louis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
