He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Whitney and Marceline Cole. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Whitney of Washington; and his children, Gary Whitney (Kim) of Hillsboro, Michelle Mullin (Matt) of Omaha, NE, Denise Whitney of Toledo, OH, Tammie Whitney of Omaha, NE, Heather Silvey (Matt) of Rolla, Tiffany Duzeski of Eureka, Lisa Bridgeford of Casselberry, FL and Christina Whitaker (Eric) of Eureka. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
