He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Elliff (Beverly) and Beverly Elliff; and his sister Thelma Spangler. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Elliff of Washington; his children, Connie Hannick (Donald Schwartz) of Washington, Robert Hannick (Cathy Porter) of Texas, Lynn Elliff-Ebker (Dale) of Owensville and Joanne Elliff (Tom Click) of Leasburg; his siblings, Beverly Donnelly of Ohio, Richard Elliff (Marie) of Gerald, William Elliff (Cathy) of Bland, John Elliff (Brenda) of Pace, FL and Christina Elliff of Fullton; and his grandchildren, Jimmy Schwartz of Union, Crystal Schwartz-Fisher (Adam) of Washington, Jimmy Swartz of Union, Crystal Fisher (Adam) of Washington, Herman Elliff of Owensville, Kimberly Ebker of Owensville, Amber Ebker of Owensville, Robbie Hannick of Pacific, Destiny Bacon (Chris) of Pacific and Ashley Casby (Noah) of Pacific. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
