She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Harper and Mabel Leona Flagg Harper; her siblings, Maxine Yount, Juanita Howlett, Velma Simpson, Betty Jean Yockum, Dorothy L. Harper, Jerry Harper, John J. Harper and Bobbie D. Harper; and her grandson Curry W. Stricker.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Lee Spencer (Terri), Greg Spencer, Dennis Spencer and Pam England (Todd); her grandchildren, Travis Spencer (Tara), Kristopher Spencer (Katelyn), Stephanie Hackney (Jordan), Taylor Ruddick (Kaleb) and Sydney Spencer; and her great grandchild Jaylee Hackney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
