With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vicky Renee Utz-Foulks of Washington, Missouri, who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Victor Graham and Bernice Orilla Graham; her husband Gary Foulks; and her siblings, Robert, Tommy, Jerry Graham, Sandra Murray, Patricia Hunt and Sherry Graham.

She is survived by: her children, Tanya Renee Ammerman (Dennis) of St. Clair, MO, Michelle Beatrice Burcham (Randy) of St. Clair, David Andrew Utz (Kim) of Villa Ridge, MO, Crystal Lynn Utz of St. Clair and Stacy Lee "Marie" Martin (Nicholas) of St. Clair; her former husband Thomas Leston Utz of Villa Ridge; and her siblings, John Graham of Doniphan, MO, Richard Graham (Judy) of Sullivan, MO, Mike Graham of Sullivan, Timmy Graham (Marilyn Hunt) of St. Clair, Terry Stevens (Larry) of St. Clair, Colleen Stevens of Union, MO and Bernice Graham of Sullivan. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
