Van Harlan Lamb Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Van Harlan Lamb in Washington, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lamb and Leona Lamb; his parents-in-law, Jacob and Margaret; his grandson Owen Lamb; his siblings, Patricia "Patsy" Niederhelm (Elmer "Rum"), Larry Lamb and John Barclay "Clay" Lamb; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Leykam and Richard Epple.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Lamb of Washington; his sons, Daryl Lamb of Washington and Darren Lamb of Washington; his grandchildren, Kimberly Lamb (Kellee) of St. Louis, Kelsey Lamb of Tulsa, OK, Audrey Lamb of St. Louis and Grady Lamb of Washington; his sister Maxine Leykam of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Jacob "Bud" Epple Jr., Judy Lamb of Washington and Ida Mae Stevens (John) of Mexico, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1014 Madison Ave, Washington, MO 63090). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Church or Bailey's Creek Cemetery Association.
