He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester and Juanita; and his siblings, Donna Elbert (Dale) and Richard Horn. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Horn; his children, Brett Horn of Washington, MO, Jason Horn (Michelle) of Beaufort, MO and Stacey Tesson (John) of Union, MO; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jaxon, Macie, Jaden Horn, Jonathan (Kate) and Kaylee Tesson; his great grandchildren, Maryann, Margaret and Arlo Tesson; his sisters, Barbara Winters (Lowell) of Labadie, MO, Karen Nevills of Washington, MO and Ruth Horn of Labadie, MO; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Brinker of Washington, MO and Dennis Brinker of Washington, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or St. Francis Borgia Church.
