He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Otto and Louisa Otto; his parents-in-law, Frank and Josephine Rauch; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Hidritch, Frank Rauch, Herb Dill and JoAnn Rauch.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Otto; his daughter LuLu Mesa (David); his grandchildren, Josephine and Jacob; his son Steve Otto (Leah); his grandchildren, Kadin, Kaya and Kallie; and his cousin Harriet Weindorf (Jon). He is also survived by other relatives, two dogs, and many friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the Franklin County Humane Society or Mercy Hospice.
