It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley J. Lauxman of Washington, Missouri, born in Catawissa, Missouri, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazzard Radeackar and Helen; her son Kevin Kovis; and her brother Ronald Radeackar. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Kovis of Washington and Jeff Kovis of Eureka; her grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan, Sarah, Austin, Kristen, Megan, Kelly and Kristy; and her close friend Trevor Hill. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
