She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Tipton and Martha Tipton; her parents-in-law, Melvin and Mary Ann; her brother Donald Tipton; and her sister-in-law Linda Wellenkamp.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Hellebusch of Jonesburg, MO; her children, Bill Diestelkamp (Kylee) of Washington, MO, Katie Keller of Springfield, MO and Rebecca Diestelkamp-Woodham (Jason) of St. Louis, MO; her stepchildren, Michael Hellebusch Jr. (Stephanie) of Augusta, MO, William "Billy" Hellebusch (Ali) of Washington, MO and Jamie Puetz (Brent) of Washington, MO; her grandchildren, Marcus, Abby Keller, William, Augustus Diestelkamp, Kelsey, Madison, Haley Puetz, Lula, James, Naomi and Gabriel Hellebusch; her brother Robert Tipton of Livermore, CA; and her siblings-in-law, Nicholas Hellebusch (Maggie) of Jonesburg, MO, Rick Hellebusch (Susan) of Washington, MO, James Wellenkamp of Washington, MO and Sherry Hausmann (Steve) of Washington, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
