He is survived by: his wife Sheila Mesey of St. Clair, MO; his children, David Mesey (Malinda Scheible) of St. Clair and Ramona Holmlund (Stefan) of Stockholm, Sweden; his grandson Elias Holmlund; and his siblings, Barry Mesey of Catawissa, MO, Taffey Mesey of St. Clair and Kimberly Luzynski of St. Clair.
