He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sturgill and Alice Sturgill. He is survived by: his wife Kay Sturgill (Snodgrass) of Washington; his children, Robert Kevin Sturgill (Madeline) of Colorado, Sherry Ziegler (Dave) of Arizona, Kathy Niewald (Larry) of Washington, Phyllis Martin (Ken) of Springfield and Stephanie Weiss (Michael) of Washington; his siblings, Buford Sturgill (MaryAnn) of Virginia, Sheila Sturgill of Virginia and Carolyn Henson (Charles) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Natasha Bays (David) of Springfield, Alicia Martin of Springfield, Ryan Ziegler (Brittany) of Washington, Jordan Ziegler of Arizona, Robert Kevin Sturgill Jr. (Katie) of Colorado, Mariah Seigmiller of Colorado, Felicia Sturgill of Colorado, Zac Sturgill (Emily) of Colorado, MiKayla Weiss of Washington, Austin Weiss of Springfield and Chloe Weiss of Washington. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
