He was predeceased by: his sister JoAnn. He is survived by: his wife Kay Guetzloff of Washington; and his sons, Jeffrey Guetzloff (Candy) of Illinois and Richard Guetzloff of Illinois. He is also survived by two grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
