He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stevens and Elizabeth; and his sister Barbara Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Stevens of Washington; and his siblings, Robert Stevens Jr. (Nina) of Granite City, IL and Melinda Smith (John) of Collinsville, IL. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
