He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvanus Levi Siddall and Faith Frances Siddall; and his siblings, David Siddall and Frances Siddall. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Siddall of Lonedell, MO; his children, KellyAnn Banning (Kenny) of Kingwood, TX, Jennifer Siddall-Collins (Garrett) of Villa Ridge, MO and Kristofer Siddall (Madison Price) of St. Clair, MO; and his grandchildren, Jarrod of Kingwood, Kaleb of Kingwood, Kaden of Kingwood, Jace of Kingwood, Kenneth Banning of Kingwood, Camille Henry of Villa Ridge and Ellianna Siddall of St. Clair. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Memorials may be made to the Missouri National Veteran's Memorial in Perryville, MO.
