Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Noreen leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jolly and Adelia; her husband James R. Wayne; and her siblings, Helen Roman, Norma Skertich and Robert Jolly.
She is survived by: her children, David Wayne (Lynn Meisemann) of Washington and Dawn Wayne of Weldon Springs; and her grandson Austin Wayne of Union.
