He is survived by: his parents, George Noe of Washington, MO and Jennifer Cummings of Pekin, IL; his siblings, Tyler Hessler (Casey) of Columbia, MO, Shane Cummings of Kansas City, MO, Steven Noe (Lisa) of Warren, PA, Brendan Noe of Washington, MO, Kyleigh Kendall of Union, MO and Jennifer Noe of Warren, PA; and his grandparents, James Hessler of Wentzville, MO and Gayle Hessler of Pekin, IL. He is also survived by niece, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
