He was predeceased by: his father Isidor Kuchem (Dolores); his brothers, Kenny and Terry Kuchem; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Helen Unnerstall; and his sister-in-law Linda Unnerstall.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Kuchem Washington; his mother Dolores Kuchem of Washington; and his daughter Jenny Kuchem (Greg Struckhoff). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Knight Alzheimer Disease Research Center (Knight ADRC), St. Louis Children's Hospital, or St. Vincent DePaul.
