We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2021, at the age of 84, Melvin Strubberg of Washington, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Strubberg and Ruby Strubberg; his parents-in-law, Herbert and Olivia; his stepmother Johanna Strubberg; his grandson Chad Strubberg; his brothers, Kenny and Robert "Bobby" Strubberg; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Haddox, Rita Struebbe (Terry), Bill Fennessey and Paul Brueggemann.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Strubberg; his children, Dale Strubberg (Michelle), Daryl Strubberg (Lisa), Dean Strubberg and Debra Meyer (Jeff Schmitt) of Washington, MO; his stepsisters, Marian Fennessey of Mt. Juliet, TN, Theresa Brueggemann of Union, MO and Bobbie Meyer (Alfred) of Union, MO; his siblings-in-law, Charlene Strubberg of Washington, MO, Marcella Strubberg of Washington, MO, Tootsie Frick (Maurice) of Washington, MO, Orville Rohe (Sandy) of Dutzow, MO and Tony Rohe (Sally) of Dutzow, MO; his grandchildren, Shane Strubberg, Morgan Strubberg, Sara Lampkin (Dan), Dustin Strubberg, Sharice Looney (Leroy), Jacob Meyer (Allissa) and Julie Biermann; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Harrison Strubberg, Tyson, Ella, Mason Lampkin, Seth, Madison, Mackenzie Strubberg, River Looney and Adaline Meyer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
