It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Heimann of Washington, Missouri, born in Evansville, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hecktor (Adella) and Adella Hecktor; her children, Denise Heimann and Robert Heimann; and her siblings, Melvin Hecktor and Pat Gildehaus.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Heimann of Washington; her children, Douglas Heimann of Washington, Julie Boyd (Larry) of Union and Tracy Cox (Kevin); her siblings, Paul Hecktor (Sue) of Concord Hill, Gladys Menke, Wilma Ridder of Union, Theresa Gildehaus (Elvin) of Washington, Alice Brinker of Washington, Doris Schmitt (Dennis) of Washington and Linda Voss (Andy) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Heimann, Melanie McNew (Devon), Cody Boyd, Lauren Boyd, Caleb Johnson and Connor Johnson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorial Donations in honor of Mary Heimann can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
