She was predeceased by: her son Dr. David Mohart; her siblings, Dale, William, Richard, David, Thomas and Mark Mansfield; her husband John K. Mohart; and her parents, Earl Mansfield and Alice Mansfield.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Teresa Halsted (Robert), Dr. John Mohart (Ann Elizabeth), Janie Leahy (Joe), Dr. Gina Seeck (Brian) and Mary Elizabeth Bolla (Steve); her grandchildren, Dr. Corinne Halsted (Paul Panasiuk), Cassandra Guehne (Brandon), Chelsea, Robert Halsted, Hunter, Arabella, Adora Mohart, Kate, Jenna, Allison Leahy, Ava, Olivia Mohart, Sam and Natalie Bolla; her sister Kathy Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Ann, Marie, Peggy, Judy, Linda, Vicki Mansfield, LaDonna Childers, Gayle Massen and David Phillips. She is also survived by Her children and grandchildren.
