He is survived by: his former wife Deborah Diana Williams; his wife Deborah Elliott of St. Clair, MO; his children, Bill Elliott (Maureen) of St. Louis, MO, Linda Kelso-Epstein (Steven) of Richardson, TX, Manuel Lynn Elliott (Alverta) of St. Clair and Oscar Dee Elliott of Salem, MO; his stepsons, James Hines (Cindy) of St. Clair, Billy Hines (Tina) of Guntersville, AL and Paul Hines (Amy) of St. Clair; and his siblings, James Elliott (Nancy) of St. Louis, Delmar Elliott (Priscilla) of Richwoods, MO, William Elliott (Diana) of St. Clair, Mary Jane Smit of Mt. Vernon, IL, Linda Toenges (Terry) of Park Hills, MO and Brinda Farmer (Jim) of French Village, MO. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, one uncle, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
