He is survived by: his friend Bill W; his wife Bernadine Howell of Washington; his children, Laura Mouhalis (Jeffrey) of Delray Beach, FL, Thomas Howell (Leslie) of Atlanta, GA, Don "Mickey" Howell (Kelly) of Villa Ridge and Dan Howell (Denise) of Eolia, MO; his siblings, Jerry Howell (Linda) and Conley Howell (Sandy); his grandchildren, Paul Mouhalis, Evan Mouhalis, Ryan Mouhalis, Rose Howell, Nathan Howell, Ian Howell, Zac Howell, Anthony Howell, James Howell, Kraig Howell, Devon Howell and Briley Howell; his stepgrandchildren, Abigail Schuette, Marisa Ebenstein and Thomas Ebenstein; his great grandchildren, Kathryn Mouhalis, Victoria Mouhalis, Juliet Mouhalis, Isabel Mouhalis, Jackson Howell and Julien Howell; and his parents-in-law, Cecelia Siebert and Dee Loyet. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
