He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hlavaty and Barbara Hlavaty (Henson); and his siblings, Kelly Wadlow, Sue Ruby and Rudolf Hlavaty.
He is survived by: his wife Christina Walker (Tina); his daughters, Sarah Whisenhunt of St. Louis and Macy Arnote (Justin) of Vienna; his grandsons, Caleb Hlavaty of Washington and Ethan LeStarge of Vienna; his siblings, William Hlavaty (Cheri) of Lake St and Tammy Macher (Tom) of Collierville, Tenn.; his parents-in-law, James and Delores Walker of Owensville; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Walker (Beth) and Reggie Walker of Owensville. He is also survived by many other family members including cousins, aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
