She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hilke Sr. and Helena; her husband David Noelker Sr.; her siblings, Viola Pohl and Robert Hilke; and her brother-in-law Harold Pohl.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Steffens (Ronald) of Union, David Noelker Jr. of Washington, Donna Feltmann (James Jr.) of Washington and Gary Noelker of Hazel, KY; her brother Edward Hilke Jr. (Bernice) of Washington; her grandchildren, Todd Steffens (Lindsay) of Lee's Summit, MO, Brent Steffens (Kimberly Gale) of Gilbert, AZ, Jamie Kluesner (Brandon Henry) of Overland Park, KS, Amber Noelker of Washington and Curtis Noelker of Springfield, MO; and her great grandchildren, Makayla and Landon Noelker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
