He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ley of Washington; his children, Dan Kemper (Michele) of New Haven, Brenda Bargen (Robin) of Washington, Mark Kemper (Tricia) of Marthasville, Jeanne Finney (Jason) of St. Charles, Teresa Bridges (Kemper) of St. Peters and Julie Kemper of Bridgeton; his sister Joann Gilbreath of Ballwin; his grandchildren, Nathan, Katie, Mya, Ava, Emma, Josephine, Jennifer, Madelyn, Haidyn and Jamison; and his parents-in-law, Marilyn Brinker (Tom), Harry Ley, Jerome Ley (Mary), Leonard Ley (Marlene), Lorraine Sarantakis (John), Judy Halmich (Bill), Arlene Brueggemann (Bill), Helen Ballmann (Larry), Jane Fleer (Daryl), Ann Ruether (Les), Theresa Kopp (Mike), Larry Ley (Laura) and Bill Ley (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
