He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tobben (Dorothy) and Peters; and his brother Gary Tobben. He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Tobben (Doris) of Washington, Sharon Moses of Washington, Alan Tobben (Helen "Cooky") of Washington and Joyce Mutert (Dennis) of Washington; and his nieces and nephews, Stacy Feldt (Kirk), Trisha Ley (Darren), Jill Pinter (Nathan), Michelle Hammer (William "BJ"), Kym Blankenship (Tyler) and Scott Tobben. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
