He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Mayall and Margaret Mayall (Burgard); his grandfathers, Chevrolet and Burgard Chevrolet; his nieces, Melissa Malott and Natasha Kukla; and his nephew John Ross Kukla.
He is survived by: his wife Bernie (Bernie) of Washington, MO; his children, Shawn Mayall (Vicki) of Washington, MO, Krissa Nystrom (Dave) of Pekin, IL and Niki Pataky (Matt) of Washington, MO; his stepdaughters, Lori Farris of Union, MO, Krisi Epps (Douglas) of Pickerington, OH and Jami Theodosiou (Jason) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Madison, Riley Mayall, Samantha, Autumn Kendrick, Myles, Aleah Nystrom, Mackenzie, Will Pataky, Codie Hansel, Deidre, Larry Farris, Alex, Isaac Epps, Mike and Max Theodosiou; and his sisters, Brianna Malott (Gaylon), Susie Bucher (Bob) and Jill Kukla (Jack). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Christian Church of Washington (6890 MO-100, Washington, MO 63090).
