He is survived by: his wife Rose Strubberg of Washington, MO; his children, Nancy Neier (John) of Washington, MO, Doug Strubberg (Diana) of Powder Springs, GA, Dan Strubberg (Alison) of Fountain Hills, AZ, David Strubberg (Melissa) of Carthage, MO and Jeanne Schueler (Dan) of St. Peters, MO; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Collins (Alex), Kristian Colston (Aaron), Lauren Hanify (Dan), Megan Gaboda, Zach Strubberg (Leslie), Aaron Neier (Shannon), Jacob Strubberg, Andrea Strubberg (Michael Shockley), Grace Schueler and Hannah Schueler; his great grandchildren, Jolene, Warren Strubberg, Madelyn, Raegan, Weston Colston, Olivia Collins, William Hanify and Avery Neier; his brother Rich Strubberg (Barb) of Washington, MO; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Gaasch of Osprey, FL and Roland Gaasch (Diane) of Dawsonville, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
A rosary will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:45 PM to 4:00 PM at the Oltmann Funeral Home - Washington (508 E 14th St, Washington, MO 63090). Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Francis Borgia Church (115 Cedar St, Washington, MO 63090). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Francis Borgia Catholic Cemetery (115 Cedar St, Washington, MO 63090).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis Borgia High School Athletic Association or St. Francis Borgia Cemetery Fund.
