He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael Donnelly (Carey) of Arizona, Brian Donnelly (Julie) of Raleigh, NC, Terri Donnelly of St. Peters, MO and Barbara Maxwell (Bill) of Union, MO; and his siblings, Margaret Davis (Ken) of St. Louis, MO and Dan Donnelly (Terry) of Florida. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
