With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen F. Richter of Washington, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 15, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Murphy and Mary Ellen; her brother Michael Murphy; and her grandson Wyatt Reed. She is survived by: her husband Fred Richter of Washington; her children, Jennifer Reed (Doug) of Dutzow and Danny Richter (Stephanie) of Washington; her brother Patrick Murphy of Washington; her grandchildren, Crosby Richter and Clay Reed; her in-law Roland Richter (Sharon); and her nieces and nephews, Elora Murphy, James Murphy, Brenna Murphy, Jimmy Murphy, Michelle Torrez, Renee Sattazahn, Brian Richter and Nicole Richter. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, and many friends.
