He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Roussin and Rosa Roussin; his wife Virginia Roussin; his daughter Brenda Roussin; and his siblings, Fredrick Roussin, Alehn Kahle, Evelyn Gusewelle and Virginia Bouse.
He is survived by: his former wife Virginia Deleaphine Allen; and his children, David Roussin of St. Clair, MO, Rosa Rodgers (John) of Zelienople, PA, Mona Rodgers (Jeffrey) of Carlisle, PA and Carla Gibson (Brian) of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
