He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Brinkmann (Madeline); and his great grandchildren, Ella and Lucas Roettering. He is survived by: his children, Carl Brinkmann (Gerilynn) of Washington, MO, Darrell Brinkmann (Connie) of Washington, MO, John Brinkmann of Washington, MO, Jeff Brinkmann (Susy) of Washington, MO and Diane Hanneken (Steve) of Washington, MO; and his siblings, Marylee Kimminau (Herb) of Washington, MO, Eunice Siedhoff (Gilbert) of Washington, MO, Bernardine Garbs of Washington, MO and Floyd Brinkmann (LeaMae) of Washington, MO.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association, SFB Grade School, or Masses.
