He was predeceased by: his mother Rose; his wife Florene Neier; his children, Mike Neier, Tim Neier and Sandy Neier; his siblings, Sister Marie Neier, Bernice Dieckhaus, Leola Engemann, Louise Poepsel, Hans Neier, Buddy Neier and Rita Kuchem; his daughter-in-law Karol Neier; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Painter, Arlie Wessel, Jim Desmond and Penny Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Halley (Mike) of New Haven, Kathy Sieges (Herm) of Union, Pat Taylor (Chuck) of Washington, Susie Amburgy (Mike) of Caulfield, MO and Pam Kimminau (Bill) of Washington; his sisters, Virginia Painter of Dutzow and Rosemary Wessel of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Claude Brown and Helen Desmond. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren, thirty four great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
