She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hurst and Wilma Meyer Hurst; her spouse Emmet Ming; her siblings, Alfred 'Red 'Bud Hurst and Wilma O'Brien; and her grandson Scott Duncan.

She is survived by: her children, Connie Duncan (Dennis) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Nelle Anne Reeves (Paul) of Marthasville, MO, Lynn Haberberger (Mike) of Washington, MO, Jim Ming of Union, MO, Jo Ellen Shroyer (Ronald) of Boonville, MO, John Ming (Michelle) of Washington, MO and Philip Ming (Dana) of Lebanon, MO. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to New Life Church of Washington, Union Senior Center Foundation, or the Methodist Church Cemetery.
