He was predeceased by: his father Frank Sullentrup (Mathilda); and his sisters, Bernice Nowak, Delores Lanau and Patrice Reuber. He is survived by: his children, Mark Sullentrup of Washington, MO, Dennis Sullentrup (Heather) of Krakow and Donna Straatmann (Brian) of Krakow; his sister Margaret Engemann of Washington; and his grandchildren, Grace, Joel, Anna, Jack Sullentrup, Owen and Will Straatmann. He is also survived by other relatives, and many dear friends.
