She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Slocum and Erla Slocum; her siblings, Sonny Slocum, Larry Slocum, Harry Slocum and Marcia Conley; her husband Harold McCormack; and her nephew Gary Slocum.
She is survived by: her pet Molina; and her sister Kathryn Shoemaker (Noel) of Swiss. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred the Washington Senior Center.
