It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn S. Smith of Washington, Missouri, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Mary L. Lohmeyer (Shockley); her husband Melvin; her daughter Cheryll Smith; and her brothers, Reginald and Arthur Lohmeyer Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Lois Foster (Jimmy) of Troy and Bryan Smith (Shirlee) of Washington; and her grandchildren, Andrea Kluesner of St. Charles, David Smith of Washington and Diana Stone (Jerry) of Villa Ridge. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
